Established in 1990, Custom Plastics combines world-class capabilities with the flexibility and friendly customer service of an independent local business. While we supply large companies with game-changing plastic products, the Custom Plastics team is also happy to provide hobbyists, small business owners and homeowners with solutions to everyday problems. From one piece to 100,000 pieces, all work is performed in-house for the ultimate in quality control.
The Owner
Kevin Flessner began his career immediately after high school when he joined a well-known plastics firm. With decades of experience and technical training under his belt, he and his late partner, Bob Scott, decided to form their own plastics business in 1990. Custom Plastics spent its formative years in a rented space before moving in 2006 to the company’s current facility at 4623 Enterprise Drive in Bartonville, Illinois. Kevin and his team continue to offer a level of plastic sheet, rod and tube fabrication not available elsewhere in the state.
